- What kind of payments do you accept?
Our payments are processed through STRIPE and PAYPAL tech. We accept debit and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Card payments will have an extra 3.6% + $3 MXN fee per successful charge, and +2% if currency conversion is needed.
- Do you do custom orders?
Right now, commissions are closed because my schedule's packed, but you can contact me through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email to tell me your idea, and I'll find time to make it happen or recommend a damn cool artist who can help you.
- Can I return or exchange my product?
We currently only accept exchanges in the following cases:
- For "handmade" products such as upcycled, screen printed, block printer, embroidery, etc. if the item or product seems to have production damage or it is torn within 5 days of being received or purchased by the user. You must send an email describing what happened and attach photos of the damage to this email: [email protected]. We'll evaluate the situation, and if it's approved, we'll send you the next steps for the exchange.
- Size exchange for "in-house" or "Handmade" limited edition t-shirts only if the size is available. To do this, you must contact us via email or Instagram DM to check the availability of the size you want to exchange for, and we'll send you the next steps to proceed with the exchange.
Note that for all exchanges and returns the shipment cost will be paid by the customer requesting it.
